# Analyse writing style

To use writing style analysis, you must first enable data usage for Introist AI.

If you already have message steps (email, Slack) in your workspace, you can use Introist AI to automatically analyse your writing style and writing instructions. To complete the analysis, open AI settings and click "Analyse writing style".

Introist will collect content from all your message steps and instruct AI to analyse the writing style. Your writing style field will be populated with the AI generated analysis.

You may adjust the generated writing style to fully match your preferences. Remember to click "Save" in order to save the modified style!
