Meeting rooms

In this section, you can connect Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook account for Introist to list available meeting rooms used for Selecting meeting room in calendar event steps.

Connect meeting room provider

To connect an account for loading meeting rooms, click the "Connect Google Workspace" or "Connect Outlook". You will be redirected to the respective authentication flow of your workspace provider.

As soon as you've completed the authentication, you will be redirected back to Introist and the account is connected.

You should now see a list of all the available meeting rooms.

Refreshing meeting room list

If you add new meeting room or remove old ones, you can easily refresh the room list in Introist.

Select the action menu and click "Refresh rooms". Introist will reload the room list with all the changes.

Revoking meeting room access

To revoke Introist access to list your meeting rooms, select the action menu in the Meeting rooms section and click "Revoke access". After confirming the action, Introist no longer has access to list the meeting rooms.
