The date format setting determines how dates are displayed in messages sent from Introist. This ensures that dates are presented in a consistent format that aligns with your organization’s preferences, reducing confusion and improving clarity in communications.
To update the timezone or date format for your workspace:
Navigate to Settings > Workspace.
Click on the field for either the timezone or date format.
Select the desired value from the options provided.
