Triggers

Triggers allow you to start workflows automatically for employees matching specific rules. Rules can be simple like "start onboarding when there is a new employee with start date in the future", or they can be much more complex like "start early care process if the employee has more than 10 sick days within last 12 months or the employee has more than 4 sickness periods over the last 3 months".
