# Archive Linked Account

Archiving a linked account in Introist is useful when you no longer need to use the account.

1. Navigate to Settings > Linked Accounts > Google Workspace / Slack / Microsoft Outlook. 
2. Find the account you wish to archive. 
3. Click the three dots next to the account. 
4. Select "Archive Account". 
5. Confirm the action when prompted.
