Meeting settings
There are several important settings that you can control for meeting steps.
When important attendee declines
Whenever an attendee marked as important (not marked as optional) declines a meeting created by Introist, you can choose from three options:
Do nothing - Introist won't care about the declines
Mark failing - Introist will flag the step as failing so you will know about the problem, review the situation, and take the right action
Reschedule - Introist will automatically reschedule the meeting. Notice that this is relevant only if you have set up automation time finding.
Keep content in sync
With this setting, you can choose if Introist automatically updates the title and description of the meeting whenever the employees data changes. This is relevant in the situation where you have used some Employee Fields as part of the title and description, and those need to updated in case the data changes.
Notice that keeping content in sync means Introist will override any changes made directly to the meeting in the calendar.
Keep attendees in sync
With this setting, you can set Introist to automatically update meeting guests if employees data change. Consider the example of employees manager changing during the onboarding. You want the new manager be switched to all the employee-manager meetings.
Notice that keeping content in sync means Introist will override any changes made directly to the meeting in the calendar.
Guest can see guest list, Guest can invite other guests, Guests can modify event
These settings control the similar settings in the calendar. By default, all have a value of "Use calendar default" so these would be exactly the same way as when you create a meeting in your calendar. By setting the value to "Allow" or "Deny", you can make Introist to override the calendars default settings specifically for events created from this step.
